HOW TO DEPOSIT FIAT USING AUTO DEPOSIT

Welcome to another episode of the Naijacrypto academy series. Remember that before now, we had three methods of depositing fiat on the exchange. These methods included Instant Deposit, Bank Transfer, and Paystack which made fiat (NGN) deposits very easy. However, the CBN regulations came knocking in February 2021, we had to temporarily disable some of these deposit methods, and look for alternatives to keep you satisfied.

Remember that the only working fiat deposit before now was NGN, we later added KES and HTG. Update! We have now implemented the “Auto Deposit” feature, a new feature that gives us exposure to many new markets.

The Auto Deposit feature is quite similar to the Paystack feature we had on the exchange and this time users can now deposit not just NGN but other fiats like USD, KES, GHS, ZAR, UGX, XAF, BIF, and GBP. Isn’t that amazing!!!!

So here, we will guide you on how to deposit fiats using the Auto Deposits feature.

The Auto Deposit feature enables you to make fiat deposits via card, bank transfer, and mobile money depending on the fiat you which to deposit. It's fast, once completed, it reflects in your wallet instantly without being subjected to Admin approval.

To deposit using Auto Deposit;

• Sign in to your account,

• Click on “WALLET” at the top of the exchange. For the app, click on “WALLET” at the bottom of the app page.

• Select the fiat you wish to deposit and click on it. Let's assume you want to deposit GHS, locate it on the wallet page then click on deposit beside it.

• Click on the dropdown beside the “payment option” box, select the method you wish to make your fiat payment, type in the amount you wish to deposit, click on submit and you will be redirected to another page where you could make payment via card, bank transfer or mobile money. Kindly follow the instructions on that page and once you complete your payment, the fiat will reflect in your account instantly.

You can also follow the same procedures to make other fiat deposits on the exchange.
