The KYC process is done to verify the identity of an individual as well as assessing the risk involved with maintaining a healthy business relationship. It can also be a legal requirement to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Laws.

The KYC verification process may include collecting simple information such as your name, contact info, Valid ID card, and other relevant details needed.

The following steps will help you to upload your KYC successfully:

  • Login to your NaijaCrypto account on the app

  • Click the button at the top left corner of the app for an expanded menu.

  • Select “Security and KYC"

  • Select “ID Verification”

  • Fill in your personal details: First name, Last name, Date of Birth, City Name, select your country and ‘Continue’

  • Pick the document you have for the process. If your document option is not available in the options, Select ‘Others’.

  • Lastly, Attach the front and back copies of your documents.

  • When that is done, the prompt below would appear. Admin will audit your documents and take action.

NOTE: Ensure that the pictures of the documents are clear and the details are readable.

Once your KYC has been approved by the admin, your account is then off-limits
